Ingredients

Marinade:

125ml1/2 cup olive oil

50ml1/4 cup brine from Bick’s® Sandwich Savers® Extra Garlic

50ml1/4 cup pure apricot jam

15ml1 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

10ml2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

5ml1 tsp salt

680g1 1/2 lb flank steak

Coleslaw:

250ml1 cup Bick’s® Wine Sauerkraut, drained

50ml1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

15ml1 tbsp lime juice

50ml1/4 cup red cabbage, finely sliced

15ml1 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

15ml1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

Mango Pickle Salsa:

50ml1/4 cup mango, finely diced

30ml2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

1 Bick’s® Garlic Dill Pickle, finely chopped

15ml1 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

Assembly:

8 corn tortillas

Sour Cream

Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings

Bick’s® Sandwich Savers® Extra Garlic

Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

Directions

 1 Combine marinade ingredients. Place flank steak and marinade in re-sealable bag and refrigerate 3 hours. Grease BBQ grill and heat to high. Grill flank steak, 3-5 minutes per side, until medium well. Remove from grill and let rest. Slice across the grain. Meanwhile, combine ingredients for both coleslaw and salsa in medium bowls.

 2 To assemble, warm corn tortillas on bbq. Top with sour cream, relish, hot pepper rings, steak, coleslaw, salsa and pickles. Serve open faced with additional toppings on the side.
