Ingredients

4 hamburgers*, cooked

4 buns, toasted

50ml1/4 cup Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

50ml1/4 cup pure apricot jam

4 slices red onion

8 Bick’s® Sandwich Savers® Hot ‘n Spicy Pickles

4 slices smoked cheese*

Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings

Bick’s® Yum Yum® Sweet Pickles

Peanut Butter Sauce:

125 ml1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

90ml6 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

15-30ml1-2 tbsp hot water

Hot and Sweet Glazed Bacon:

375g3/4 lb bacon

125ml1/2 cup pure apricot jam

50ml1/4 cup Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

Directions

  Peanut Sauce:

 1 Combine peanut butter and relish. Add enough water to create a smooth, spreadable consistency.

  Hot and Sweet Glazed Bacon:

 2 Combine bacon with jam and relish. Broil on high 2-4 minutes per side, or until crispy.

  Assembly:

 3 Spread top and bottom bun with peanut butter sauce, hot pepper relish and jam. Top with red onion, bacon, hot ‘n spicy pickles, burger, cheese, hot pepper rings, Yum Yum sweet pickles.

  *for vegan version, replace beef burger and cheese with plant based equivalent and omit bacon.
