Bick’s® Garlic Dill Pickles 1 red pepper, cut in julienne strips 1 green pepper, cut in julienne strips ½ cup

feta cheese, crumbled ½ cup

mozzarella cheese, cubed ½ cup

parsley or cilantro, coarsely chopped ½ cup

green onion, chopped Vinaigrette: 1/3 cup

olive oil 1/3 cup

pickle juice (from the pickle jar) 1 large clove of garlic 1 tbsp

dried basil leaves 1 tsp

Cook pasta until al dente; rinse and drain well. Transfer to large salad bowl and mix with remaining salad ingredients; toss lightly.

Combine all ingredients for vinaigrette. Mix well. Pour over salad and toss. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Cover and chill at least 2 hours up to 24 hours until serving.
