Baja Burger

Tangy Mustard Sauce
⅓ cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp (7 mL) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s® Sweet Green Relish
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice

1 (2 oz) croissant, halved
1 (4 oz) fillet salmon, grilled
4 Bick's Banana Pepper Chunks - Mild
3 Bick's Mini Crunch'ems® - Garlic
1 slice, red onion
1. Sauce: Combine all ingredients and set aside.

2. Assembly: Spread both sides of croissant with Tangy Mustard Sauce. Place grilled salmon fillet, Bick's Sweet Banana Pepper Chunks and Bick's Mini Crunch'ems and Bick's Banana Pepper Chunks - Mild . Replace top of croissant and serve immediately.
