Sauce: Combine all ingredients and set aside.

Assembly: Spread both sides of croissant with Tangy Mustard Sauce. Place grilled salmon fillet, Bick's Sweet Banana Pepper Chunks and Bick's Mini Crunch'ems and Bick's Banana Pepper Chunks - Mild
. Replace top of croissant and serve immediately.
