The Smokin’ Nacho Burger

Ingredients

1/2 avocado, mashed

30mL2 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish, plus additional for spreading

1 brioche hamburger bun

6 Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings

1 slice red onion

1 slice tomato

4 Bick’s® Hot Mixed Pickles

2 slices Bick’s® Hot’ n Spicy Sandwich Savers

1 cooked burger

3 slices avocado

5 tortilla chips, crushed

30mL2 tbsp shredded spicy cheese

15mL1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

15mL1 tbsp sour cream

Directions

 1 Combine avocado and hot pepper relish. Spread on bottom of brioche bun. Top with hot pepper rings, red onion, tomato slice, hot mixed pickles, hot’ n spicy sandwich savers, burger, avocado slices, tortilla chips, hot pepper rings, shredded cheese, cilantro, sour cream and hot pepper relish. Top with bun.
